Our Strength Classes are designed for both beginners and athletes looking to build strength, power, and overall fitness. We focus on teaching proper movement patterns that support long-term health, everyday performance, and athletic development.

Strength Class Schedule

Classes are run on a weekly bases.
Monday 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Tuesday 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Thursday 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM & 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
