Boxing Membership
Boxing classes are the perfect way to stay in shape and learn a new skill. Our classes are designed to teach proper technique and provide a challenging workout in a safe and supportive environment. Our instructors provide individualized guidance and feedback to help each participant reach their goals. Our classes are suitable for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. We offer classes multiple times a week so participants can choose the class that fits their schedule. During each class, participants will learn the basics of boxing, including proper stance, footwork, punching mechanics, and defensive tactics. Our instructors will also incorporate conditioning and drills to help develop coordination, agility, and speed.
