Yuli Boxeo Youth Boxing
In collaboration with Yuli Boxeo, our Youth boxing program emphasizes strong fundaments, discipline, confidence, and athletic development in a safe and positive environment. This structured program supports recreational participation while also offering pathways to competitive boxing for interested athletes.
Strength Classes
Our Strength Classes are designed to improve overall fitness, power, endurance, and movement quality. These group classes support athletes from all programs while remaining accessible for all members of any fitness level.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on grappling fundamentals, positional control, and submission techniques in a structured and respectful training environments. Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Private Training
Our Private Training services provide one-on-one coaching in boxing, strength and conditioning, or BJJ. Members can choose which coach they would like to work with, and sessions are customized to match individual goals, schedules, and experience levels.
