Coach Jay is the head coach and the founder of M.P.T Fitness & Boxing and has been developing athletes since the gym first opened. His private training sessions focus on strong fundamentals, technical precision, conditioning, and structured progression. Whether working with beginners or experienced boxers, Coach Jay emphasizes discipline, consistency, and building well-rounded athletes who continue to grow inside and outside the gym.
Coach Yuli
Coach Yuli is the Head Coach of Yuli Boxeo and specializes in technical development, youth progression, and competitive boxing pathways. She is also an intern coach with Team Canada and has experience supporting athletes at national and international competitions. Her private sessions focus on clean technique, defensive awareness, footwork, and building confident, skilled boxers at every level.

Coach Alcides brings a technical and detail-oriented approach to boxing, focusing on efficient movement, combination work, footwork, and defensive fundamentals. Coach Clay is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a background in Fitness and Health Promotion from Fanshawe College. With years of personal training experience, he specializes in strength, endurance, calisthenics, and mobility training. His coaching approach is built on real-world experience, focusing on proper movement, long-term development, and helping individuals of all fitness levels improve performance and confidence.
