Boxing classes are the perfect way to stay in shape and learn a new skill. Our classes are designed to teach proper technique and provide a challenging workout in a safe and supportive environment. Our instructors provide individualized guidance and feedback to help each participant reach their goals. Our classes are suitable for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. We offer classes multiple times a week so participants can choose the class that fits their schedule. During each class, participants will learn the basics of boxing, including proper stance, footwork, punching mechanics, and defensive tactics. Our instructors will also incorporate conditioning and drills to help develop coordination, agility, and speed. We also offer open gym time for participants to practice and refine their skills on their own.  Youth Boxing Membership

​Youth boxing is a great way for kids age 8 to 12 to learn technical boxing and fitness conditioning. At our youth boxing facility, we offer a monthly membership that is perfect for kids to stay in shape and have fun. Our boxing classes are designed to teach kids the basics of boxing while also helping them develop their physical fitness and body awareness. We also offer a variety of fitness conditioning classes to help kids stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our classes are varied and focus on strength and endurance, balance and coordination, agility, and cardio conditioning. Kids have the opportunity to go at their own pace and work towards their individual goals. We also have a great sense of community and offer a safe and positive environment for our members. We strive to help kids build self-confidence and develop a strong sense of discipline and respect. Youth boxing is an excellent way to stay in shape, learn a new skill, and have fun!
